Turkey must work at max efficiency and max capacity building a transit corridor from Iran to Black Sea and a transit corridor from Iran to Mediterranean Sea. The transit corridor must connect Iran to ports on Mediterranean Sea and Black Sea. The transit corridors must have roads and Rail Roads. The transit corridors must cover large volume of transit. Iran must have free and permanent access to the transit corridor to Mediterranean Sea and Black Sea. Iran is allowed to have military presence on Black Sea and Mediterranean Sea. We are building Silk Road and OBOR. We want to extend the rail ways from Iran to Mediterranean Sea and Black Sea. Now work at max efficiency and max capacity building industries along these transit corridors in Iran and Turkey. In order to get full advantage of these transit corridors we are going to build vast network of industries, factories, manufacturing, industrial supply chains, part manufacturing, finished industrial product manufacturing, and high tech industries along the transit corridors in Iran and Turkey. We want to increase volume of trade between Iran and Turkey to five trillion annual trades. We also want to industrialize Iran and Turkey and integrate their industrial supply chains.
